Return Policy – FabNaari
At FabNaari, customer satisfaction is our priority that is why we offer store credit adjustments under certain conditions.
Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your order.

Returns are only possible for items that are in unused, unworn condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, please ensure that:

The product is in the same condition as received.

It has not been worn, washed, or altered.

You provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
How Returns Work
- Store credit will be issued after deducting ₹150 as shipping charges.

If the new item is higher in price, you will need to pay the difference at checkout.

If the new item is lower in price, the balance will be issued as a store credit (gift card/discount code), which you can use for future purchases.

Store credit issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at fabnaaribynidhi@gmail.com with your order details.
If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or altered pieces

Return will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit of equal value, valid for 12 months.
