Return Policy – FabNaari

At FabNaari, customer satisfaction is our priority that is why we offer store credit adjustments under certain conditions.


Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only possible for items that are in unused, unworn condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The product is in the same condition as received.

  • It has not been worn, washed, or altered.

  • You provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.


How Returns Work

  • Store credit will be issued after deducting ₹150 as shipping charges.
  • If the new item is higher in price, you will need to pay the difference at checkout.

  • If the new item is lower in price, the balance will be issued as a store credit (gift card/discount code), which you can use for future purchases.

  • Store credit issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at fabnaaribynidhi@gmail.com with your order details.
If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Customized or altered pieces


Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Return will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a store credit of equal value, valid for 12 months.
